Yesterday and today, I made rugelach from Baking With Julia.  We are making recipes from this book in our bake-along on   Here are some of the highlights:

Mary, that looks good! Do you know if this would freeze well?

They are supposed to. I'm wrapping a lot of them up (individually) in saran wrap and then putting about 4 in a baggy to freeze. Its just me eating them so if I take 4 out at a time, that will be plenty. The recipe says to thaw them, still wrapped, at room temperature. They are supposed to keep for 1 month in the freezer. The recipe made about 3 doz.
